Please use our "store locator" to find a retailer who purchased that item. You can then contact the retailer to see if the item is in stock. When shopping, the sizes and color currently available for each item will be listed on the product page for you to select and add to your shopping bag. By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item being listed as in-stock. We will send you an e-mail if this happens to your order. If an item is listed as back-ordered, the item is currently not available for shipping but will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for the item until it ships. If the item ships separately from the original order, you will not be charged for shipping a second time. Returns & Exchanges Our returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. If goods are simply unwanted we reserve the right to charge a 4% restocking and handling fee. |
